This is a new waterfront cedar chalet nestled on a private wooded lot on beautiful Norris Lake, Tennessee.  It sleeps 16-18 comfortably.  3 decks, one with a hot tub.  Three bedrooms/each have a queen sized bed and the 4th bedroom has four full sized bunk beds.  Queen sleeper sofa in the lower level family room. also a full sized bed in the loft (3rd level).  3 1/2 baths.  Completely furnished kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker.  A washer/dryer are included for use.   There is a deluxe gas grill and lovely patio furniture on the upper deck which overlooks the lake. 

 

 There is a private dock that will accommodate 3 boats. Satellite TV, Stereo & VCR in upper and lower family room.  The house is on a very gentle slope to the water--the lake is just a few steps away from the hottub.  There is an air hockey table in the lower family room.  All linens are provided except bath towels.  Renters must provide own dish & laundry detergent and paper products.  Heat and Central Air.  No pets.  No smoking.  Just 5 minutes from Flat Hollow Marina--a full service marina. 

 

May 2006-September 2006 weekly only Sat thru Sat. $2100.00/ week + $125.00 cleaning fee .  $500 security deposit required-full refund if cancelled within 90 days of scheduled time.  Full payment is due 90 days prior to rental.  Check in is 4PM and check out 10AM.
