Accommodations include:
Living Room with beautiful view.
TV with Direct TV satellite with DVD player and FIREPLACE in Living Room.
Deck equipped with gas grill and table and chairs for picnicking.
Dining Room with hardwood flooring and table for 6.
Full kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer.
All linens are furnished except towels.
Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed within unit.
A covered boat slip with electric is provided for the condo, and there is
a concrete boat ramp on the property.
Two Bedrooms each with their own bath. The master with a Jacuzzi, TV with
Direct TV Satellite and walkout to a patio equipped with a swing to relax and
watch the sun come up over the lake.
RATES:
May-September: $175/Night
October - April $145 per night
A
deposit of $175 is required to hold a reservation.
The deposit will be returned after the cleaning crew confirms the unit
is left undamaged.
