If you are looking for a secluded smooth water lagoon with all the comforts of home, you will love this four bedroom, three and one half bath, three level, 2250 sq. foot water front Vacation Cabin that sleeps sixteen (16) adults in beds just 75 feet from the water.

Main Floor
Great Room with a fireplace, dinning area, fully equipped kitchen, half bath, master bedroom with a queen size bed and master bath. The great room opens onto a full rap around deck facing directly at the water of Lynch Hollow Lagoon.

 
Second Floor
You will find the 2nd and 3rd Bedrooms featuring queen size beds with a full bath and a small hidden bedroom above the 3rd bedroom as well as a loft that overlooks the main floor.

Lower Level
Large family room, 4th bedroom that is a bunkroom with two sets of double bunk beds which sleeps 8 adults, a full bath and laundry room.

The lower level also opens out to a fully enclosed deck facing the water.

Upper Deck
Gas grill, patio furniture with a beautiful lake view nestled into Lynch Hollow

Lower Deck
The lower deck leads to a 4 person hot tub on its own 14’x16’ adjacent deck and then directly to the waters edge where you will find a 16’X 24’ floating dock within 75 feet of the cabin.

Amenities
Our home offers satellite TV/ DVR, CD player, fully equipped kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, telephone (local calls only, must use calling card for long distance and collect calls are blocked), private bedrooms, washer and dryer, central air conditioning, Hot tub, private wooded scenic view, Gas grill, 180’lake front with private boat dock.

Directions and map
Interstate route 75 to LaFollette TN. then East on route 63 though LaFollette. Just 4.6 miles east off route 63 to our private gravel drive. We suggest 4 wheel drive or at a minimum front wheel drive vehicles to navigate the 1480 ft. private entrance and mountain terrain.

Marinas
Our cabin sets within 1.25 to 2.5 miles from three full service marinas which offer launch ramps, fuel, food, boat rentals, jet ski rentals, bait and anything else you may need for a wonderful Norris lake vacation. Marinas are Flat Hollow, Powell Valley and Alter Springs

Boat Ramp
Public boat ramp is within two (2) miles via Lynch Hollow Rd; by water the Ramp is only 1/3 mile away.

Rental Policies
Security Deposit of $500.00 required to be refunded within one week from end of rental after inspection.

Cleaning fee $125.00
No smoking in cabin

No pets
You are responsible to provide all coast guard approved life jackets and equipment for all lake activities
You must provide your own bath and beach towels bed linens will be provided

25% Deposit required to secure reservation
Minimum 4 nights stay in Season
