Enjoy the spacious decks, and privacy. The 24' x 15' dock with boat slip is the center of your lake enjoyment. By water, the home is located between Twin Cove Marina and Mountain Lake Marina; a short boat ride to either. A boat launch is nearby the home.
Located just 15 minutes from I-75 exit 134 (Jacksboro, Lafollette exit) is convenient to Knoxville, Pigeon Forge, and The Great Smoky Mountains.
HOME FEATURES:
Modern Cedar Home overlooking Norris Lake and Dock on the property. With more than 1800 square feet, including two levels of living space and spacious decks, the home offers stunning
lake views shadowed by the Cumberland Mountains. The property is nestled in a well landscaped setting with mature trees for cooling shade.
Beautifully decorated master bedroom with king size bed joining to the master bath. Awaken to the sounds of nature while looking from the double windows at the peaceful lake below.
Two additional bedrooms with Queen size beds.
The main level includes large cathedral ceiling living room with sleeper sofa. In addition a sunken dining room exits thru French Garden doors onto the upper deck with lake views. The spacious den includes two sofas, recliner, home entertainment center with satellite television, VCR, CD Stereo and fireplace. Like the dining room, the den also exits thru French Garden doors to the deck with lake views.
The kitchen includes a refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, stove/oven and dishwasher. All cookware and dinnerware supplied.
The main level also includes a half bath and playroom with Ping-Pong
table, Pool Table and miniature refrigerator. This room also includes laundry area with washer & dryer and an additional sink.
The lower level deck begins your short wooded walk to the lake and features a charming old fashioned wood swing.
The home is equipped with central heat and air.
RATES:
Rates: Mid May to Mid September-Weekly Rate $1,800.00
Mid September to Mid May- Weekly Rate $950.00.
Mid September through Mid May - Nightly Rate $165.00
per night with a 2 night minimum.
Refundable Reservation / Damage Deposit of $300.00 is Due at Time of making
