Rental Rates:
Rates for 2008 are subject to change. Length of stay may be negotiable subject to availability.
IN-SEASON (Memorial Day Weekend– Labor Day weekend)
May 23th, 2008 – Sept. 1st, 2008
Weekly Rental is $1,250 (includes cleaning)
OFF-SEASON (Before Memorial Day or After Labor Day)
Weekly Rental is $1.000, or $500 for 3 nights/4 days
Rental fee can be paid by Personal Check, Cashier’s Check, Travelers Check, or Money Order –we do not accept Credit Cards. Renter is responsible for any damage to property.
Renter will be charged for entire time of your confirmed reservation. No refunds for late arrivals or early termination.
Phone and email reservations are accepted and will be confirmed upon receipt of Security deposit ($200) within ten (10) days.
