GREAT 3 BEDROOM, 2 BATH HOME – SLEEPS 8-10

Welcome to the wonderful banks of Norris Lake….if you’re looking for a great place for water sports, a chance to explore the lake, or just relaxing and slowing down a bit, this is where it all happens! We are located in the Cove Creek area of Norris Lake, between Mountain Lake Marina and Twin Cove Marina. The house is directly on the water at the mouth of a small cove, with the neighborhood boat ramp just ¼ mile from the house, at the end of the cove.

Our house is fully furnished with three bedrooms (one on the main floor and two upstairs) and an overhead loft with full-sized futon. We comfortably sleep 8-10, with a queen-sized sleeper-sofa in the family room. There are two bathrooms, one on the main level, and one upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator/icemaker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, and all kitchenware and utensils. We also have a full-size washer and dryer, conveniently located in a laundry room just off the kitchen.

The main floor bedroom offers a queen-size bed, while the upstairs bedrooms have one queen-sized bed and the other a full-sized bed. All bedrooms have overhead fans and walk-in closets, and all bed linens are furnished. The family room features cathedral ceilings, gas-log fireplace, and 32 inch TV with satellite, plus DVD/VCR player and stereo. There are some movies and numerous games/puzzles for your entertainment – please feel free to bring your own.

The family room walks out to the deck area with gas grill, picnic table and chairs, and overlooks the beautiful waters of Norris Lake and the leafy canopy of mature trees that shade the house. Below is a second deck with wooden swing, and from the house a concrete walkway will take you to the dock and whatever adventures await you on the lake. The dock will accommodate 2 boats, one on each side, and offers an aluminum ladder for swimming and collapsible picnic table.

There is a carport attached to the house, but additional parking is available for other vehicles and trailers, at the road and on a graveled area on the property.

We respectfully ask that you do NOT bring your pets, and to please refrain from smoking inside the house.

Kitchen and bed linens are included, but towels, washcloths, etc. are NOT provided. Please bring your own bathroom linens and beach towels, toilet paper, trash bags, and other expendable items….thank you.

RENTAL RATES:

MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND – LABOR DAY: $1350 WEEKLY

OFF-SEASON: $1000 WEEKLY OR $150/ NIGHT (3 NIGHT MIN.)

A $300 refundable deposit is required to hold a reservation and will become the damage deposit at rental.
 

NOTE:  All rentals now require a 5% Campbell County hotel/motel tax in addition to the rental amount.  Our cleaning charge is included in weekly rental.
 

***Weekly rentals are preferred during the summer season, but occasionally split weeks become available on short notice and are subject to owner discretion. Please call for information and rates. Rental periods run from Sat. to Sat. with check-in at 4:00 p.m. EST on day of arrival, and check-out by 11:00 a.m. EST on departure date. This allows adequate time for our cleaning service between rentals.
