Cell phone (house does not have phone)

Bed Linens & Pillows/Bath & dish towels
Microwave, Toaster, Coffee Maker, and most cooking utensils and equipment.

TV & DVD/VHS player

Memorial day to labor day

Weekly RATES   $900

Daily fri or sat  $175

sun - Thursday $125

PAYMENT: A $250.00 deposit is required to hold the reservation. This deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled. Full rent payment is due 21 days prior to check-in. We accept cash, check or money order. After the property has been inspected and everything is satisfactory, the deposit will be returned within 30 days.
CLEANING: This rental is "leave it as you found it". Renters will be expected to clean the premises before they leave. There will be a cleaning/closing checklist at the house.
