Beach Island Resort & Marina is a full service marina located in Maynardville, TN just minutes from Knoxville.

We offer everything from boat slips with lifts, houseboat slips, cozy cabins, pontoon, ski & deck boat rentals to luxury houseboat rentals.

New for 2009 is Bubba Brew’s Sports Pub & Grill that offers fun and food for the whole family. Bubba Brew’s includes big screen TV’s, music and live bands scheduled through-out the year.

Houseboat is equipped with 7 bedrooms. 2 baths, hot tubs, kegerators and all the amenities you need to have a great vacation on the lake.

The dock store carries many items including boating accessories, live bait, fishing gear, snacks, groceries, cold drinks, vacation apparel and a wide selection of Cold Beer. Tubes, Skis and Kneeboard Rentals are also available.

Beach Island Resort & Marina also has a full service department, where a full-time mechanic is available, we are now a Mercury/Mercruiser dealer and carry a full line of these parts.
